Engineered for agriculture, construction, engineering, utilities and heavy industrial work, the BBZ9000GYOR combines advanced workplace protection with outstanding visibility and all-weather comfort. Its grey and high-visibility orange design includes reflective enhancements for 360° presence in daylight and low-light working conditions.

The completely metal-free protection system features a lightweight nano composite safety toe cap, Kevlar NAIL STOP anti-penetration midsole and certified metatarsal protection tested to 100J impact. The vulcanised rubber and 5mm neoprene upper provides waterproof durability, while the shaped collar, fitted leg stem and reinforced pull-on handles support fast, secure fitting.

Cold insulation is certified to -17°C for 30 minutes, while heat insulation is certified to 150°C for 30 minutes. The BBZ S5 rubber outsole also provides slip resistance, heat resistance, fuel-oil resistance, ladder grip and ESD compliance for dependable performance across varied surfaces.

The BBZ9000GYOR has passed EN 13832-2:2018 Type U upper-protection testing for resistance to n-heptane, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hypochlorite. It has also exceeded two million flex cycles, far beyond the standard 125,000-cycle requirement, demonstrating exceptional long-term durability.
