To claim, customers must provide photos of the boots, including overall views, labels, soles, and any visible damage. Claims are forwarded to Buckler for approval. Approved claims result in a free replacement.

Delivery and Shipping

Farming Parts ships globally, using couriers like Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and FedEx, with all items sent tracked or signed for services.

Customers can cancel orders until dispatch but not after.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt at the customer's expense.
