Unique Guarantee: Buckler's "body and sole together forever" guarantee showcases the unmatched reliability and comfort of Buckboots.
Claim Requirements: For any footwear defect claim, submit photos showing both boots, the label inside, the soles, and the defect (if possible), along with the industry/job role of the wearer. The guarantee is valid as long as the tread on the sole is not excessively worn.

General Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

14-Day Return Policy: Unfitted or unused parts can be returned within 14 days for a refund.
Return Address: Send your returns to Farming Parts, 24-26 Market Street, Ballymoney, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT53 6EB.
Free Return Postage: Available only under certain conditions, particularly if a part recommended by our staff doesn’t fit your machine. Return postage is refunded only once the return has been received by Farmingparts.com

Clothing & Merchandise

Refund Within 14 Days: Return any clothing or merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. You may reorder the correct size or item either before or after receiving your refund.
Store Credit (14-21 Days): Items returned after 14 days but before 21 days from the delivery date are eligible for store credit. Once your return is received, a credit code will be issued via email. This credit can be applied at checkout in the discount/coupon code section, offsetting the value of your new order.
