However, Farming Parts extends the returns policy to 14 days, allowing ample time for you to return any unwanted products.
Farming Parts is a UK-based company, and all prices displayed on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 20%. If you are shopping from outside the European Union or from a tax-exempt country such as the Channel Islands, VAT will not apply. The prices displayed on our website will automatically exclude VAT in such cases, and you will be billed accordingly.

Returns & Refunds
Unfitted and unused parts can be returned to Farming Parts within 14 days for a full refund. If you received a wrong item or were recommended a part by our staff that doesn't fit your machine as required, we will cover the return postage fee. All parts are covered with a 1-year warranty, and in case of a part breaking, we will replace it with a brand new one.
Clothing and Merchandise Returns
Our clothing exchange policy is simple - just return the items you received to us within 21 days, and we will exchange them for another item or a different size. If the return is within 14 days, you can get a full refund, no questions asked, provided the items are in the same condition as they were received. However, if the return is past the 14-day refund policy but still within the 21-day exchange policy, we will refund the items or offer a credit code for use against a new order. Please note that the buyer must pay the return postage fee unless they received a wrong item, and if you received free shipping on your original order, shipping charges will apply to exchanged items.
Customers are responsible for covering the costs incurred from couriers or customs for international returns, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

We honor the sale price of items purchased during sale times when refunding or exchanging. If the item goes back up to the regular retail price, the order's value is still honored. This policy also applies to exchange items.

These fees are not applied by us and are solely determined by the customs office in your country. If you refuse to pay these fees, your items will be returned to us. Any costs incurred in the process of returning the items, as well as the customs duties, will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a 10% handling fee of the price of the order will also be applied.
However, due to our location in Northern Ireland, we are able to ship to Ireland and the rest of the EU custom-free. This means that you will not be required to pay any import duties on your order when ordering from these locations.
Free Shipping over €/£180
We offer free shipping for orders in the UK and Ireland that are over €/£180, including VAT. Please note that this offer only applies to items that weigh under 20kg and excludes the Highlands and Channel Islands.
All Buckler boots sold by Farming Parts come with a 12-month warranty. If you need to make a claim, please be aware that the process is conducted by Buckler, not Farming Parts. Therefore, the claim process and duration will be dictated by Buckler.
To initiate a claim, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with a Buckler Boots return guide to follow. Please note that all claims will be processed by Buckler, and they have the final say on the claim status.
During lockdowns, Buckler may work with minimal staff to ensure the safety and well-being of their staff. This may result in longer processing times for claims.
If your claim is unsuccessful, you can send the boots back to Farming Parts for examination by a Buckler Boots representative. However, please be aware that all final decisions are made by Buckler and are not representative of Farming Parts.
Please note that not all claims will be successful, and the outcome will depend on the damage and fair usage of the boots.
It's important to remember that although the claims process is processed through Farming Parts, Buckler is responsible for deciding the final claim status.
If you decide to cancel your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can process your cancellation and refund your payment. If the order has already been dispatched, we will accept a return of the item within 14 days from the date you receive it.
Our exchange policy allows for returns within 21 days from the date of receipt. If you have paid for your order through PayPal, PayPal's fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipment of glass & Mirrors
At Farming Parts, we offer glass products for sale and are willing to ship them globally. However, we want to make it clear that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend that customers contact us to purchase insurance for their glass products.
If your glass product arrives damaged, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement item. We advise customers to thoroughly inspect the parcel before accepting delivery, as once the courier has delivered the item and left the premises, they will not accept any liability.

Gift vouchers are considered as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged. They can be used at any time, including during sales. If the value of a gift voucher exceeds the transaction amount, no change will be given, instead, a voucher for the remaining amount will be issued. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. When making an online purchase with a gift voucher, card details are required, but no payment will be taken unless the order value exceeds the voucher's value. It's worth noting that gift vouchers cannot be used in-store.

Shipping of your item
Farming Parts uses trusted and reliable shipping couriers, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and Fedex, to deliver all items. Each shipment will be tracked and require a signature upon receipt. If your item does not arrive, please contact the relevant courier with the tracking number provided. Farming Parts will assist in any way possible with regards to delayed deliveries, but we are unable to provide more information than the courier themselves.
You are able to cancel your order any time up until dispatch. Once the item has been dispatched, Farming Parts is unable to cancel or refund orders. If you wish to return the item, you may do so within the 14-day refund period from the date you receive it. If you cancel an order mid-transit, you may be able to contact the courier to cancel the delivery, but any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order is delayed by the courier, we cannot issue a refund until we receive the item back. International orders will have contact numbers provided to allow the courier to get in touch with you if there is a delay with your order. If the item is held up with the courier for any reason outside of our control, we cannot issue a refund until the item is back with us. The shipping cost for the item's return will be the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery details provided to the courier are entered by the customer, and any delays in delivery due to insufficient address are outside of our control. If this occurs, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue. We are always easy to contact and will help with any issue in any way we can.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please ensure you inspect and confirm the condition of the package before signing for it. Once the parcel is signed for, we are unable to dispute any issues with the courier company. Our couriers are third-party companies and are not affiliated with us. Once the parcel is signed for, it is considered delivered and accepted. If the packaging is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery and the courier will return the parcel to us.
At Farming Parts, we maintain a large inventory of Sparex parts to provide you with quick and efficient service. However, please note that our stock list is based on both the Sparex warehouse and our in-house stock. In some cases, we may have to order from Sparex once an order is placed with us. This may delay your order by up to 3 days, depending on courier shipping times. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any delays and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Additional Shipping Charges/ Customs & Duties
We make every effort to ensure that our shipping prices are accurate, but in some cases, the volume of a particular item may result in higher shipping costs than anticipated. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss additional shipping fees. We will provide a quote from the courier as proof and offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with the price.
If you are placing an order from a country that is not a member of the EU, please note that your order will be subject to customs clearance duties and taxes determined by the authorities in your country. The payment of any additional costs incurred at customs is the sole responsibility of the customer.
